People usually want to cancel or disconnect an internet connection (including Jio AirFiber) for financial and technical reasons. The most common ones are:
Poor or Inconsistent Service.
Slow internet speeds compared to what was promised, frequent disconnections or downtime, or high latency issues (bad for work, gaming, or video calls) are the main reasons why one wants to cancel Jio’s AirFiber internet services.
Coverage or Signal Problems.
Weak signal inside the house, poor performance due to location, walls, or network congestion, or service not reliable in certain weather conditions (very common with wireless broadband where 5G is the foundation of everything).
This is the biggest reason why many look for disconnection of Jio AirFiber.
Cost & Value for Money.
When monthly charges feel too high for the quality received, better or cheaper plans available from other providers, and hidden charges or unexpected bills, etc., these too are the rare reasons one look for complete disconnection of Jio AirFiber.
Relocation or Address Change.
Shifting to a new city or house, service not available at the new location, or temporary connection no longer required needs cancellation too.
Availability of Better Alternatives.
Very common reasons are fiber broadband available with higher speeds and stability, have better access to office or society-provided internet, or switching to a bundled plan with OTT, TV, or mobile benefits from competitors or local ISP.
Customer Support Issues.
Slow or unhelpful customer service, delayed complaint resolution, repeated follow-ups without proper fixes frustates customer to switch to better alternatives.
Usage Pattern Change.
Work-from-home ended, reduced internet usage, secondary/backup connection no longer needed in such cases one wish to cancel the AirFiber connectivity.
Trial or Early Adoption Dissatisfaction.
Played well by marketers but when expectations not met after real-world usage or technology not mature enough for the user’s needs causes cancellation too.
In all such cases you can mail the Jio AirFiber about your cancellation request.
