    Hi Atul, Though your article is relevant and it is a common that the more plugins you have the more time your website takes to load BUT if a plugin is coded properly it will never ever take too much time to load your website and the plugin will activate its code when it is required.

    The main problem here is not all of WordPress user having that technical skills and we normally do not check the performance of any plugin before deployment. I personally know few people who had installed 63 plugins on his site and still manage to load his site under 4sec.
